You must be willing and able to attend three one-hour small group sessions (or 1:1) per week for the 12 weeks
NO EXCUSES - "I can't" is no reason to not TRY. If you're sore, injured, or don't have the skills, you will still get results if you just show up and try.
Face the music - we will do a bodyfat scan, before and after pictures, and a baseline workout to see how far you've come.
Be ready to celebrate your wins--whether you lose 20 lbs or get your first push up. We celebrate everything, big and small.
Open to training in a small group environment. If you prefer 1:1, let us know.
Leave your ego at the door. You won't be the strongest, fastest, or best athlete, and it won't matter. Your focus is on getting a little better each day.
Must be committed to your goals. This is HARD WORK---you have to want your goals no matter how many obstacles stand in your way.
Be coachable and supportive. We work hard to build a supportive, clean, friendly environment. It's okay to be scared, but leave the negative attitudes at home.
The Challenge was designed to introduce CrossFit and functional fitness to a broader population. I have seen hundreds of examples of how this type of training can help you lose weight, get stronger, and have more energy in life.
